Basketball is already one of the most popular sports in China. Its men's and women's national teams are amongst the best in the world and the sport has the support of millions of loyal fans. Amongst its mens team is top international NBA players Yao Ming, and former NBA player Wang Zhizhi as well as NBA prospects Yi Jianlian and Sun Yue. China’s women’s team also includes Sui Feifei and Miao Lijie of the WNBA champion Sacremento Monarchs.
